These terms cover your use of thackstondesignbuild.com. They are not the agreement for any work — that is a separate document, agreed in writing before anything starts.

Nothing here is a quote

Descriptions of what is included, and any figure shown, are general information. A price for your job comes from a quote given for that job.

Photographs

The images here are illustrative. They show the kind and standard of work described, and none of them is offered as a photograph of a specific completed project, a particular address, or a named client’s home. Where that changes, the images will be captioned with the project they belong to. We would rather say this plainly than let a reader assume a portfolio they have not been shown.

Where this site links somewhere else, we are not responsible for what is on the other end.

Changes

We update this page when the site changes, and the date at the top is the date it last changed. There is no notification list to join and no account to sign into, so the date is the whole mechanism. Nothing on this page affects an agreement already signed for a project.
